Item purchased as brand new arrived in tin box but plastic packaging had been opened and the clock was already running. Pretty disappointing as the battery will have less life. Amazed Amazon allowed to do this?! ??????Fossil watch is manly. Excellent quality. X-mas present for my son, I know he will love it. Came fast, great seller. This is my favorite watch that I own, it works great, easy to read, and the hands light up when it’s dark.Got this for the leather strap and overall look. Works really well and appreciate the timer on it. Haven't gotten it wet or used it in water though I don't have a plan to. Really pleased with this piece.Purchased this without the slightest doubt in my mind that my friend would dislike it and he absolutely enjoyed it. My dad has a similar one but with a black and blue theme, I think this one has a classier look to it. 10 out of 10!I love this watch,I received a lot of compliments when ever I wear itTiene un diseño espectacular, buen tamaño, la correa es muy resistente. Hermoso de principio a fin!Me agrada mucho es muy cómodoHave been looking at this watch in the fossil shop. Almost bought it then tried Amazon and it was £47 cheaper. It's quite a chunky watch, I normally prefer Slimer ones but it still looks good on my skinny arms. Had a few really good comments from friends as it looks like it lights up because of the blue tint on the glass. The watch arrived really quick and comes in a nice tin box. This is my second fossil watch and I've had no issues with either.I received this watch on 14 February and was very happy with it. Looks fantastic, very comfortable and thought great value for money. A man's watch but exactly what I like. I have worn it on average 3 days out of 7 as I can't wear where I am doing my therapy work. It's been looked after well as you can see, no scratches etc. But if you look towards top right (first image near the top of right hand dial, third image between 12 and 1 o clock) the 12hrs second metal marker has detached and is now floating around behind the glass! Please can I get some advice as to how to return, get a refund or get repaired at no cost to me? I haven't had it long and was so pleased with it but i fear the loose metal marker might actually damage the dials inside and it is just annoying that for the price, a part has already come loose. I wait to hear from you. Many thanks.Good looking watch but I dropped it once and the three brass rings, round the small dials, detached themselves I took them and got them repaired. However one of the brass rings has became lose again and I will have to have it repaired again The strap also broke twice, Once the buckle came off, but I managed to restitch it on and the second time it snapped off the pin at the side of the watch. The second break was unrepairable. The reason I tried to repair the strap myself, was the fact that a replacement Fossil Strap is almost £30.00 which was almost half the price of the watch. I bought a solid stainless steel strap instead. The watch is a good looking watch but it's not made as strong as it looks. Also you would expect the strap which looked bomb proof to last, Please note I wore the watch casually and not for any work based activities. The watch is just over two year old, my advice avoid this watch.I love the blue glass, and the design of the watch..Hate the strap (hence three stars, would have got five otherwise) but I seem to be in a minority of one. First, I cannot conceive who the strap is designed for, I'm not that big wristed, but I had to use the second or third hole, the third was really too tight, There are a further eight holes, closing the size to around that of the neck of a beer bottle, who please as wrists that small!!. It may have been more successful if the strap that side had been longer with fewer holes in it. At the third or second hole the ring piece that keeps the tongue in place, every time I put my hand in my pocket it pushed it off the tongue, and at least twice released the latch pin with the watch falling on the floor. Not keen on the cuff design either.Fossil (and other reviewers) describe the design of the strap in glowing artistic terms, sorry Fossil, back to the drawing board to design something more practical and wearable.Have removed my strap and fitted a decent quality bracelet (not a Fossil design) The purist will probably object, but it not only looks better, but is far more comfortable.Still love the watch design though..Having just received this watch I can't comment on it's durability, so I'll go with design and functions. In terms of design I love the leather 'cuff' band that goes under the watch. It's very comfortable on the wrist and the leather of the band is thick and feels good quality. I have several fossil wristbands and a wallet and can testify to their leather quality. With regard to design I am very impressed! Having owned many watches both expensive and cheap it looks fab! The leather band has a nice buckle stamped with 'fossil' and four metal securing pins. The stitching is clean and accurate. The actual watch is a nice mix of polished and brushed stainless steel with a crown that operates date and time along with two buttons for the chronometer. The dial is very stylish with rose gold accents for the chronometer dials. The position markers have a raised detail that gives a quality look.It all works fine, except the position of the second hand against the markers is not very accurate it not a biggy at this price.Fossil are a fashion brand and I know they make for several of the big designer labels, which command good prices, google it. What you get here is a relatively inexpensive watch with lots of style.Overall, a lovely fashion watch that hopefully will serve me well for a while. Recommended if you like this style.
