Great watch, but the band is too short. Sent email to Seiko, got the answer in about a week asking me to call them. Called today, the phone is circling through the same voice message again and again. Bad service so far. We'll see if we can find/order a longer band. The one that we got with the watch is missing 1.5" to be perfect.Got a representative on the phone after a very long wait. The representative agreed to send an additional segment for free. I mentioned that this is a different, leather style, there are no segments. The representative answered that they have no anything longer. Bad job, Seiko!Correcting my own review from four stars to just one star. The worst watches ever! The hands show the weather on Mars. You can start and stop the chronometer using the buttons, then try to reset the hands. The result is stable, repeatable and it's completely wrong, the hands stop very far from 0 positions as they need to be. I have already sent this watch for repair several months ago and the watch worked for a while after repair was done. Now the same issue returned back and I'm really stuck because the purchase was made on December 1, 2013. My wife and myself are extremely disappointed! I think we will never buy seiko again, Casio was always much more trustable brand for us and it has never failed so far. It is our first experience with Seiko and it failed.Attached is the watch with the positions of the hands after reset. They should be in the 0 positions, but it never happens.I like it!
